Terms of Use
This is an agreement between you and BALANCE MNE DOO on using the “Академия трейдинга” (“Trading Academy”) platform. In short: this is education, not an investment service; the money in the practice account is virtual; you make any decisions about real trading yourself and at your own risk.
1. Who we are
The “Академия трейдинга” platform (the “Platform”) is provided by BALANCE MNE DOO, a company registered in Montenegro (registration number: 5-1320658/001, tax ID (PIB): 03768945, address: Ive Lole Ribara br. 29-6, Budva, Crna Gora). Contact details are on the “Company details and contact” page.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have read and accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Risk Warning. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
3. Account
- Provide a valid email address: we use it to restore access and to contact you about important matters.
- One person — one account. Do not share access with other people.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication in Settings.
- Platform staff will never ask for your password, two-factor code or exchange keys.
4. What the Platform provides
- Lessons, exams and practicums — educational materials on markets, risk and discipline.
- Paper trading — practice on real prices with virtual funds. Virtual funds, including “trust capital”, are an educational indicator: they are not money, have no monetary value, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged and create no obligations of BALANCE MNE DOO towards you.
- Market data comes from the public interface of the Bybit exchange. It may be delayed or contain errors. The Platform does not represent Bybit and is not its agent; exchange and asset names belong to their owners.
- The basic course (lessons 1–14) is free. Advanced modules (lessons 15–25) unlock free of charge after you pass the final exam of the basic course — with no exchange account, no payment and regardless of your country of residence. Access granted earlier is kept. If paid features appear in the future, their terms and prices will be published in advance and will require separate consent.
- Partnership with Bybit. BALANCE MNE DOO participates or may participate in Bybit’s affiliate programme: for trades on accounts opened through the Platform’s partner link, the exchange pays BALANCE MNE DOO part of its own fees. Your fees are the same as with an ordinary registration. Opening an account does not oblige you to fund it or to trade; the terms of use of the exchange are set by Bybit, and BALANCE MNE DOO is not responsible for its operation. Experience points, “trust capital” and the leaderboard never depend on the volume of your real trading.
5. This is not an investment service
BALANCE MNE DOO is not a broker, investment firm or adviser, does not hold a licence from the Capital Market Commission of Montenegro and does not provide services that require such a licence. We do not accept your money for trading, do not manage your funds, do not give personal investment recommendations and do not promise any income. 6. Rules of conduct
It is prohibited to:
- attempt to access other people’s accounts, the server or data, or to search for and exploit vulnerabilities;
- download materials automatically, overload the service, or circumvent limits and protections;
- sell, transfer or rent out an account;
- post unlawful or offensive content or other people’s personal data in notes and the journal;
- use the Platform for fraud, advertising or collecting money from other people.
If you find a vulnerability, please report it to us without exploiting it. We are grateful for such reports.
7. Intellectual property
Lesson texts, exam questions, diagrams, the interface and the software code belong to BALANCE MNE DOO and are protected by law. You may use them for personal non-commercial learning. Copying, publishing or selling the materials without written permission is not allowed. Photographs are used under the Unsplash licence (authors), icons under the ISC licence (Lucide), fonts under the SIL Open Font License.
8. Availability and changes to the service
We strive to keep the Platform running without interruption but do not guarantee constant availability: maintenance, failures and changes are possible. We may add, change and remove features and educational materials. The Platform currently operates in closed testing.
9. Liability
The Platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, BALANCE MNE DOO is not liable for losses arising from your trading and investment decisions, including those made after the training, or for errors and delays in third-party market data. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, for intentional harm) and does not deprive you of your statutory consumer rights.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may restrict or close access if these Terms are breached, with prior notice where possible and where it does not compromise the protection of other users.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update the Terms. We will notify you of material changes in advance in the interface; the new version applies once you accept it. If you do not agree, you may delete your account.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of Montenegro. Please write to us first — most issues can be resolved in writing. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be settled by the competent court in Montenegro at the registered seat of BALANCE MNE DOO. If you are a consumer residing in another country, you retain the rights granted to you by the law of that country.
