About the service
Umelo.me is an information platform connecting clients and home-service providers. Umelo is not a party to the contract between client and master, does not perform work and does not guarantee its result.
Registration
An account is required to post requests or work as a master. You agree to provide accurate data and not to share access.
Requests and moderation
All requests and profiles are moderated. We may reject or remove content that violates the law, contains spam or abuse, or is off-topic.
Payments for masters
Unlocking a client's contact debits the master's internal balance at the current rate (€1). Balance funds are not withdrawable and are used only to pay for platform services. No refunds for unlocked contacts except technical errors.
Payments for work
Price, timing and quality are agreed directly between client and master. Umelo is not involved and bears no responsibility for the parties' obligations.
Reviews
Only clients can leave reviews on completed requests. Fake reviews and rating manipulation are prohibited.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to verify masters but do not guarantee their work. Platform liability is limited to the amount paid by the master in the last month.
Suspension
We may suspend accounts for violating these terms, fraud attempts or service abuse.
Changes
We may change these terms; continued use of the service means acceptance of the current version.
